Lukáš Matějíček (1977) graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 2004. He concentrates on civil, commercial, administrative and public law, logistics, transport and freight forwarding, tort law, liability and damage. He has also wide experiences in the area of insolvency law, civil litigations and defence in criminal procedure. He has been a member of law firm Vyskočil, Krošlák a partneři s.r.o., advokátní kancelář since September 2011.
