Gabriela Kadlecová (1992) graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University, where she worked as a research assistant at the Copyright Law Department during her studies.
She specializes in civil and commercial law, particularly intellectual property law. She has long-standing experience advising clients from the cultural sector and the film, music, and advertising industries. She also focuses on the law of new technologies, including issues related to artificial intelligence.
Gabriela also teaches law at the Faculty of Art and Design of UJEP in Ústí nad Labem, where she serves as an assistant professor.
She has been part of the Vyskočil, Krošlák a partneři team since 2018 and has been practicing as an attorney since 2022.
