As of 29th July 2017 the novelization of the Employment Act, i.e. the Act No. 206/2017 Coll., by which the Act No. 435/2004 Coll., the Employment Act, is amended, became effective.
In our Newsletter No. 7/2017 we pay attention to the most important changes, introduced by the new law, which relate especially to following areas:
- regulation of conditions of so-called agency employment by employment agencies;
- mandatory employment of disabled persons via so-called substitute performance;
- performance of so-called non-conflicting employment;
- protection of employee‘s privacy.
