In this Newsletter No. 2/2017 we bring insight into the most important changes introduced by so-called technical novelization of the New Civil Code (i.e. by the Act No. 460/2016 Coll., by which the Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, is amended) and that with a few exceptions become effective as of 28th February 2017.
Second part of the Newletter is devoted to the novelization of the Business Corporation Act (i.e. the Act No. 458/2016 Coll. by which the Act No. 90/2012 Coll., the Business Corporation Act, is amended), which became effective as of 14th January 2017 and concerns only changes in the representation of employees in supervisory boards of business companies.
