František Vyskočil

František Vyskočil

František Vyskočil (1965) graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 1990 and he has been working as a lawyer since 1991. Before founding the law firm Vyskočil, Krošlák a partneři s.r.o., advokátní kancelář he worked for a Czech law firm (1991–1995) and also for an international law firm (1995–1996). František Vyskočil specialises in intellectual property law including copyrights, rights of performing artists, legal aspects of advertising and film production and protection of personality rights. He also advises clients in the area of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, insolvency and commercial contracts. Since 2005 he has regularly given lectures in law at the department of production studies at the Film and TV Faculty and Theatre Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts.

Darja Habartová (1981) graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 2007. She was studying one year as a scholarship holder in France at the Faculty of Law of University Toulouse 1 Capitole (2006) where she obtained a Diploma of European Union Studies. Nikol Franz

Nikol Franz

Nikol Franz (1989) earned her degree in law at Charles University in Prague, where she currently continues her studies as a Ph.D. student at the Department of Civil Law. She spent one year in the United Kingdom at the Coventry University. During her master studies she obtained a Certificate in Medical Law. She specializes in Civil Law, Medical Law and Intellectual Property Law. She has been a member of the law firm Vyskočil, Krošlák a partneři s.r.o., advokátní kancelář since 2018.

Jonatan Müller

Jonatan Müller (1997) graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 2023. He previously worked in the litigation and arbitration team at the largest Czech law firm. He also gained experience in the public sector while working as a legal officer at the Ministry of Industry and Trade. He focuses on civil law and intellectual property law, in particular copyright and related rights. He has been a member of Vyskočil, Krošlák a partneři s.r.o., advokátní kancelář since 2023.

Adéla Šídová

Adéla worked in various non-profit non-governmental organizations as a programme manager and in an international law firm as an assistant and business development executive. She joined Vyskočil, Krošlák a partneři s.r.o., advokátní kancelář as an office manager in 2016.

Jiří Fiala

Jiří Fiala

Jiří Fiala (1972) graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague in 1996. After a year stay at the University of Wales within an exchange program he was awarded the Diploma in Legal Studies. He has been working in advocacy since 1996; initially in a leading Czech law firm, later in an international law firm and since 2014 with Vyskočil, Krošlák and partners. Jiří Fiala currently works as an independent attorney-at-law in close cooperation with Vyskočil, Krošlák and partners. Jiří Fiala specializes in advising on development, acquisitions and disposals, leasing and financing of commercial real estate. He advises major developers, investors, banks and construction companies in office, retail, logistics, industrial and hotel projects. He also focuses on commercial contracts, corporate law and litigation and dispute resolution. In addition to his active participation in seminars for clients and professional public he is also an external lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague.
